Studio Lead sees what comes in and handles it: the reply, the rebooking, the report. Ready for your approval. Anything delicate goes to you.

If nobody answers, Studio Lead follows up. Kindly, in your tone, until there's a result. Then it reports back to you.

What studio owners ask us first.

Do I have to switch my booking system?

No. Studio Lead works with what you have: your inbox, your booking system, your exports. If a connection is missing, we start with an export and connect your system after that, read-only first.

Will my members notice that AI is writing?

Messages go out in your name and your tone, and only with your yes. Your members keep talking to you. Studio Lead just does the preparing.

What if Studio Lead makes a mistake?

Anything that goes out, you see first, exactly as it will go out. When you correct something, Studio Lead remembers it. Every step is on the record, so you can always see what happened.

Do I have to learn or set anything up?

No. We set Studio Lead up with you. After that, you simply send it an email, like you would to a colleague.

Where is my data?

In the EU, under the GDPR, with a data processing agreement. Each studio is walled off from every other, and what Studio Lead learns about your studio belongs to you.

What does Studio Lead cost?
